Our client was a hard working construction laborer that was the sole supporter of his young son. While working at a job site, he was struck in the head by a steel beam that was negligently installed by another subcontractor's employee. Our client sustained significant psychological injuries brought about as a result of the head trauma. The client also sustained a neck injury that was repaired surgically.
