Jeff Sieben settled a wrongful death action for a family whose minivan was hit by a semi on an Iowa interstate. The semi-truck operator lost control and his truck crossed the median of the freeway and struck our clients' vehicle.

Two sons were killed as a result of the collision. Several other family members were significantly injured. After significant investigation into the cause of the collision, the at-fault tractor trailer owner agreed to pay their liability insurance limits to the family.
