Motorcyclist Caught Under Vehicle After Being Hit
Our client was riding his motorcycle in Plymouth, MN and he slowed down for a set of railroad tracks. As he slowed down, the vehicle behind him rear ended him and we believe the motorcycle ended up underneath the vehicle and was pushed forward under the car quite some distance.
Our client sustained a sub-dural hematoma, two skull fractures, a broken collar bone, two broken ribs, a broken tailbone, two broken toes, and 3 broken bones in his foot.
James Carey was successful in settling his claim against both the at fault driver's insurer as well as our client's underinsured motorist policy for the policy limits.
