Drunk Driving accident injures passenger when truck hits a tree
Our client was a passenger in a truck operated by his friend who was under the influence of alcohol and driving too fast for existing conditions. When his friend encountered an icy spot on the road, he lost control of the truck and the truck went airborne and collided with a tree. Our client sustained serious fracture injuries to his left hand and also fractured his right femur.
Paul Schweiger obtained two separate recoveries for our client; the $100,000 policy limits from the driver's insurance and $225,000 from our client's own underinsured motorist coverage for a total of $325,000.
