Our client from California was in his Minneapolis hotel room after a long day attending a work conference. Three years after the accident and after three years of treatment that did not cure his injuries, Jeff Sieben arbitrated the case against the hotel’s insurance company and its lawyers. He obtained a recovery from the arbitrator for $133,000.
