A young woman and her boyfriend were driving one summer evening to a campground. Without warning, a driver heading the opposite direction crossed the center line. The boyfriend tried to swerve to avoid the collision but their vehicle was hit head-on.

Our client, the young woman, sustained a broken left arm which required two surgeries to repair.

Cory Whalen filed suit and fought with the insurance company to finally obtain a  recovery for this young woman.
