Fatal Car Crash Caused By Drinking
Robert Brabbit represented the family of a man that was killed in a car crash. The family lost a beloved son and brother in the crash. The decedent was a passenger in a friend’s vehicle. The driver had been drinking before the crash and had been chased by the police but “lost them.” The driver lost control of the vehicle, it left the roadway and hit a tree. The passenger was thrown from the vehicle and died. The driver of the vehicle left the scene to avoid being arrested.
Robert Brabbit filed claims against the at fault driver’s insurance company as well as the deceased’s underinsured motorist policy and obtained a total settlement of $350,000 for the family.
