Jeffrey Montpetit truly earned this recognition (referring to Minnesota Lawyer's Attorney of the Year 2014) not only for his intelligence and exceptional leadership as an attorney in the case, but for the compassion and heart he put into it as a human being. He listened, supported, advocated, and counseled me and my family during our most difficult times. It's like he put himself in our shoes and then used his expertise to guide us through our most treacherous journey. He never gave up when we were stuck in the mud, but instead found a way to get us unstuck and keep us going strong.
