Norma's Story – "I needed help"
Another driver failed to stop for a stop sign and suddenly crashed into me as I was traveling through an intersection in Minneapolis. I was 66 years old at the time of the collision and my vehicle sustained extensive damage. As a result of the accident, I suffered a permanent non-penetrating cardiac trauma or myocardial contusion as well as a cervical sprain. I now have permanent restrictions placed on my ability to do heavy lifting and physical activities involving heavy exertion. Shannon Carey successfully resolved my claims against the at-fault driver which included compensation to cover the future expenses I will incur for assistance with my household chores and gardening hobby.
I thought I could handle this on my own but I got fed up with trying to sort out all the paperwork with the insurance companies and getting the medical bills paid. That's when I realized I needed help. I was initially referred to Jim Carey at SiebenCarey by a co-worker who had heard of his reputation in handling personal injury claims.
I had the pleasure of working with Jim's cousin, attorney Shannon Carey. My opinion mattered to Shannon. She made sure I was okay with everything she was doing each step of the way. She kept me well informed. I didn't feel like I was on my own anymore. I was in a lot of pain physically so it was good to at least have the relief of knowing she was handling my claim. Shannon was very kind and she did a great job for me.
I was impressed because I got to talk to someone right away and they handled it very well. If I needed an attorney again, I wouldn't hesitate to call Shannon. I would recommend her to anyone that needed a personal injury attorney. This was my first experience with a personal injury attorney and I have never regretted contacting SiebenCarey.
