SiebenCarey Supports Minnesota Building Trades Designation as a Yellow Ribbon Company
Several members of the law firm, led by investigator Ian Carey, recently participated in a ceremony and reception honoring the Minnesota Building & Construction Trade Council as a Beyond the Yellow Ribbon Company.
Ian, a decorated Army veteran who served in Iraq, was asked by Council president Joe Fowler to sit on a steering committee tasked with achieving the prestigious Yellow Ribbon designation. To qualify, an organization must develop a long-term action plan that aligns internal resources to support servicemembers and military families. Yellow Ribbon membership includes more than 300 notable Minnesota cities, counties, and businesses.
“It was an honor to serve on the Council steering committee and have an opportunity to help fellow service men, women, and their families,” Ian said. “The Minnesota Building Trades and all Yellow Ribbon organizations should be very proud of their commitment to those who serve our country in uniform.”
The July event was held in Mankato during the Minnesota Building & Construction Trade Council State Convention.
